Sunday 11th May 2.00p.m. to 4.00p.m. Acorn Sports Centre, Torquay - 60 x 1 minute rounds of continuous sparring
After each round there will be a 30 second period when each student changes partners. After round 15, 30 and 45 the students will have 3 minutes to take on water.
50p of each pound raised will be donated to Cancer research and the other 50p will go into the Devon Taekwon-Do student fund which subsidises our students when they enter competitions or seminars.
PrizeA Pair of 'Top Ten' Gloves RRP £39.95 for the person who raises the most.
